It allows users to deposit major cryptocurrencies (including via Lightning Network) which are instantly converted to EUR. It stands out by offering 1% cashback on the deposit itself and another 1% on spending. It offers SEPA cash-out capabilities. Cashback is paid as Bitrefill Store Credit, which can only be used to purchase gift cards or phone refills on the Bitrefill platform and cannot be withdrawn as cash or moved to the card balance.

Deposit fee is 1.99% (Bitrefill fixed fee + variable spread). ATM fee is 2.49%. Inactivity fee of €10/month applies after 12 months of no spending/cash-out. No foreign transaction fees from Bitrefill, but Visa exchange rates apply.
Limits & Conditions
Limits depend on tier. 'Starter' (Identity Verification): €10,000 monthly spend. 'Plus' (Identity + Address Verification): €15,000 monthly spend. Daily spend limit is €10,000 for both. Contactless limit €200. Lifetime deposits are unlimited.
