Plutus Card
by Block Code Ltd
Plutus is a reward-focused debit card that allows users to earn 3% to 9% back in PLU (Pluton) crypto tokens. It uses a hybrid model where card balances are held by a regulated fiat partner (Modulr), while reward staking is done via the user's personal non-custodial wallet (e.g., MetaMask). A paid monthly subscription is required to earn rewards (Starter £6.99, Everyday £9.99, Premium £19.99), with optional PLU staking available to boost rates and perk counts. The reward cap (spending above it gets 0%) starts at €250–1,000 based on your monthly subscription fee and increasing up to €40,000 if you hold large amounts of PLU tokens in your wallet.

Unique Features
- Non-Custodial Staking: Connect MetaMask to unlock higher tiers without depositing crypto.
- PlutusSwap: Internal feature to swap PLU for card balance (subject to limits).
- Perk System: Specific £/€10 rebates rather than generic cashback.

- Non-custodial staking (you hold your own keys for the tier boost)
- High spending limits

- Rewards are locked for 45 days before availability
