Moon offers virtual Visa prepaid cards funded with cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Lightning, USDC, USDT). Two types: reloadable Moon X Card for global use, and disposable Moon 1X Card for US merchants. First Moon X Card is free; additional Moon X cards are $2.99. Moon X purchase fee is 1% (min $1). No FX fees.

Fee Details
**Moon X Card:** First card Free, additional cards $2.99. Transaction fee: 1% per purchase (Min $1.00). No FX fees. **Moon 1X Card:** Issuance fee $1.49 per card. Transaction fee: 0%. **Other platform fees (Terms):** $0.50 excessive decline/reversal/refund fee if more than 20 such txs in a calendar month or 30-day period; $40 excessive refund fee when refunds exceed thresholds (more than 3 refunds, total refunded >$250, and refunded value >15% of value transacted); $25 per overdraw; $17.50 chargeback dispute fee if Moon proceeds with a consumer-requested dispute. Card products may be charged a fee upon expiry equal to remaining balance. **Refunds:** Moon Credit refunds processed in BTC minus network/partner fees (case-by-case). Moon 1X and merchant gift cards non-refundable per FAQ/Terms.
Limits & Conditions
**Account-wide Spend Limit:** $4,000 per month (across all cards). **Moon X Card Creation:** 10/day, 30/month. **Moon 1X Load:** Min $5, Max $1,000. **Moon Credit Purchase Limit:** $10,000 daily, $30,000 monthly. Limits viewable under Settings → Limits; increases via support.
