Card issuance is $5 (one-time). No monthly maintenance fee. Foreign Transaction Fee is 2%. Inactivity fee of $2/mo applies after 3 months of no activity if balance <$500. ATM withdrawals (contactless ATMs via a linked digital wallet): 1% of amount, min $5, plus 1% when withdrawing in a non-USD currency. Optional plans: Pro $9/mo, Max $19/mo.
